FAQ
Do you shoot in studios?
Yes! I love using studios because they usually give the best consistent natural lighting and you don't have to worry about the weather. Packages don't include cost of studio and my recommended studios are in Houston.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Cypress, TX but I take pictures all around the Houston area. I have never had the opportunity to travel outside Houston (and surrounding areas) or Texas, but would be open to pending the right opportunity!
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum 2 weeks depending on the season. My busiest season starts in October when the weather cools, but I always try to get my galleries out within a week from our session. I do not offer prints, but can give you my best recommendations on where to order your prints.
Do you shoot weddings?
I do not, but I do shoot engagements!
Do you offer newborn portraits?
I only offer lifestyle newborn sessions. This means I capture your newborn and family together in your home setting, (or studio setting), with no special props or back drops.
Should I do the full or mini session?
Mini sessions are great for family photos, especially with young children. They are also good for simple maternity with no outfit changes.
Full sessions are a good fit for graduations, engagements, and larger family portraits (like extended family).
If you're not sure which will fit your needs, let me know and I can make my honest recommendation based on what you envision for your session.
